How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the
end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
Is the content aligned with IEB/NSC curriculum?
Absolutely. All our questions are written by experienced South African teachers and aligned with the IEB and
NSC curricula. We cover the exact topics and question styles you'll see in your exams.
How do I link with my teacher?
Your teacher will send you a unique link or code. Enter it in your profile settings under "Teacher
Connection". Once linked, your teacher can see your progress and assign custom practice sets.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayFast for card payments. You can also pay via EFT or purchase vouchers from selected retailers.
All prices are in South African Rands with no hidden fees.
